Put it on your home screen

iPhone: open this page in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.

Android: open this page in Chrome, tap the three dots, then Add to Home screen (or "Install app").

It gets its own icon, opens full screen, and keeps working with no internet.

Remove it any time

iPhone: press and hold the icon, tap Remove Bookmark. Gone.

Android: press and hold the icon, drag it to Uninstall, or remove it from your apps list.

Nothing else is installed and nothing is tracked, so removing the icon removes everything.
